This special collaboration brings together two British brands known for quality and timeless style. The Cromford Polo is inspired by a vintage John Smedley piece once worn by Malloch’s founder, Chris and has been reimagined in a luxurious 30-gauge Sea Island Cotton knit.

Crafted at John Smedley’s historic mill in Matlock, England—where they’ve been spinning fine cotton since 1922—the polo features a fashioned collar, a three-button placket, and fisheye Corozo nut buttons. The Sea Island Cotton used is among the rarest in the world, prized for its breathability, hypoallergenic qualities, and exceptional softness. Its extra-long staple fibres and ultra-fine texture set it apart as one of the finest cottons available. 

Named after Cromford, a village near the Smedley factory, the shirt pays quiet tribute to its origins.
